Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and refunds, subject to the following terms and conditions.

If You Simply Don't Like the Dress

If you receive your dress but do not like it or it is not what you expected, you may return it to us. However, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We will not cover shipping costs in cases where the customer simply changes their mind or does not like the dress.

The dress must be sent back to us in its original condition.

If the Dress Is Faulty or Damaged

If you receive a dress that is faulty, damaged, or has an issue caused by us, please send the dress back to us at:

House 76-D, Sabzazar, Lahore, Pakistan

The item must be returned so that we can inspect it.

Inspection & Resolution

Once we receive your returned parcel, we will inspect the dress to confirm the issue.

After inspection, we will offer you either:

• An exchange for another item, or

• A refund, where applicable.

Please allow up to 15 days for us to process the exchange or refund after the returned item has been received and inspected.

In some cases, the complete process may take up to 30 days depending on the circumstances and processing time.

Important

Please make sure the dress is securely packaged when sending it back. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt or tracking information until your return has been completed.
